Developer Milt Barbis has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court seeking $589-million dollars from Hagar.
The lawsuit blames the rock star for the failure of Cabo Wabo at Fresno's Granite Park. It opened in August 2008 and closed only a few months later.
This is the second lawsuit to involve Cabo Wabo. Last year, Hagar's company filed a lawsuit against Barbis' development company. That lawsuit was later settled.
This lawsuit comes just one week after Hagar returned to Fresno to perform at the Big Fresno Fair.
