The men were found around 10 a.m. near Joe Crane Lake in Yosemite National Park. The lake is located at an elevation of more than 9,000 feet.
One of the men was found by the Madera County Sheriff's Department search & rescue team. The other was spotted by a California Highway Patrol helicopter.
Madera County Sheriffs Deputies have not released their identities, but family members sent Action News these photos of the hikers.
Their conditions have not been released.
