The FBI says the boys' fathers, John and George Silah, were arrested in the Netherlands Friday night.
The men are brothers, and officials say they took off with their sons in 2008 at the end of a summer visitation.
John is the father of one of the boys, and George is the father of the other two.
The three children have now been taken to a shelter in the Netherlands and will be reunited with their mothers.
The women say they can't wait to see their sons and bring an end to a long and painful ordeal.
"Alex, Zaven is miss you guys so much I love you honey," mother of two kidnapped sons Zanni Kalayejian said.
"This mommy dear, hang in their sweet heart.... I'm gonna find you bring you back home," mother of one kidnapped son Christine Stackhouse said.
The boys' fathers will likely be sent back to the U.S. to face federal abduction charges.
