Seven-year-old Malia Grant is one of ten finalists in the "Red Robin Kids Cook-Off" contest.
She submitted a recipe for a tropical Hawaiian burger which includes pineapple-mango salsa.
Thursday, a panel of judges will determine which burger will be sold in Red Robin Restaurants next summer. Malia will build her burger during a championship event Thursday morning at 9 a.m.
A winner will be announced about an hour later. The contest will be streamed live online.
