Authorities found the animals in October when they went to investigate a 63-year-old woman they say threatened her 89-year-old mother with a knife.
More cats were found in a home in Kerman.
The SPCA now says the animals have been spayed or neutered, micro chipped, vaccinated, and dewormed.
They are waiting for new homes.
Some of the cats can be seen at the SPCA Adoption Center at River Park in north Fresno starting at three Wednesday afternoon.
