A dispute over an endorsement deal between Paris Hilton and a hair extension company has had several claims dismissed by a judge.

Court records show Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Gregory Alarcon agreed with Hilton's attorneys that Hairtech International Inc.'s lawsuit did not properly plead several key claims, including fraud.

Hilton's father, Rick Hilton, was also removed from the case.

Hairtech sued the reality TV star for $35 million in August. She has since countersued claiming the company owes her $1.7 million.
