Second rocket failure for India this year

FRESNO, Calif.

In the video, you can see the un-manned rocket exploding in smoke and fire just about 45 seconds after liftoff.

The Indian Space Research Organization said the rocket "developed an error" and lost control.

Since the country started its space program in 1994, it's been able to launch a number of satellites.

India is planning its first manned space flight in 2016 and is the fifth country, after the United States, Russia, China, and France, to enter the commercial satellite launch market.
