Investigators with ABC found that workers at Ghaleb's Grill and Hookah Lounge served alcoholic beverages to three underage guests last November.

ABC investigators say the young men then got into a crash on Highway 145 near Five Points which killed one of the passengers. Investigators say the underage driver was drunk.

The business had its license suspended after being cited for serving alcohol to underage guests twice in 2008. This latest suspension will last 60 days and could become permanent unless a new owner buys the restaurant.
