Richie's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, went to court Wednesday morning and submitted proof that the reality star-turned-fashion designer has completed her court-ordered alcohol-education program.
Last summer, Richie's probation was extended by a year when she missed a few classes after having a baby. But the 29-year-old has since fulfilled her obligations.
Richie was arrested in December of 2006 after driving the wrong way on a freeway in Burbank.
Richie pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DUI charge and spent 82 minutes in jail.
