A valley man launched a new website offering discounted prices at select businesses. Through drawcrowds.com -- registered users will be emailed deals a few times a week, with some offering 90% off of original prices. But in order for the discount to work, a certain number of people need to sign up for it.
The website's creator says he already has plenty of businesses lined up to use the website's services. Chris Hoskins and his partner came up with the idea four years ago. They say they're looking into expanding in eight other California cities, and three other states.
