Yard House, famous for featuring 130 different beers on tap, announced it will open a Fresno location by the end of the year.
River Park officials say a lease has not been signed yet, but Yard House is looking at setting up shop in the building that used to house "Home Fabrics" next to Borders.
The Fresno location will be one of seven new restaurants Yard House plans to open in the next 12 months, including San Jose, Roseville and Palmdale. Each store employs an average of about 200 people.
Yard House typically works with local vendors for its meat, fish, beer, and other supplies.
