Two people killed in shooting at Bass Lake resort

Action News has learned this victim is Judy Soley. Her family has been notified and the Fresno County Bar Association sent out an e-mail notifying members of her death. Investigators say they have not notified the other victim's family, but they tell us she was gunned down in the kitchen of the restaurant by her husband. Ducey's and the Pines Resort remain on lockdown.

Court records show the couple had been in court Wednesday morning for a trial in their divorce case. The sheriff's department put the court on lockdown as a precaution.

The suspect drove away from the restaurant after the shooting, and deputies believe he went back to the couple's home. A SWAT team is currently there using phones and a robot to find the suspect.
