Head-on crash in Tulare Co kills one; injures one

It happened Monday afternoon just north of Visalia on Highway 63 and Avenue 336.

The California Highway Patrol says a woman in her 20's was traveling northbound when she veered off into the southbound lane. She crashed head-on with another car.

Officers say the driver of that car is a woman in her early-20s. She was airlifted to a Fresno hospital with major injuries.

Officers still don't know what caused the woman to veer into the other lane.
