Authorities arrested Michael /*Lohan*/, 51, Monday night at his apartment in /*West Hollywood*/.
Authorities charged him with preventing his girlfriend from dialing 911, false imprisonment and causing minor injuries.
Deputies said the girlfriend declined medical treatment, but Michael Lohan was taken to the hospital for a medical condition unrelated to the arrest.
Bail was set at $200,000.
He has a history of arrests in New York over allegations of harassment from ex-girlfriends.
The "Mean Girls" actress reportedly is estranged from her father.
