The 50-year old Visalia resident was convicted of 68 child molestation and child pornography charges.
In March of 2006, Visalia Police discovered thousands of hours of videos showing Manfredi molesting young boys.
The department says it was one of the worst child molestation cases they had ever seen.
Manfredi's attorney has already filed an appeal of the sentence.
