Arizona State Representative Carl Seel says the bill, which still has to be signed by Governor Jan Brewer, is not targeting President Obama. Instead, he says, it's about future elections and the integrity of the constitution.
Even so, potential Presidential Candidate Donald Trump has given a thumbs up to the bill. Trump has recently been attacking President Obama saying he wants more proof of Mister Obama's Honolulu birth.
