Investigators say Robert Levi shot Donald Young outside a Shell gas station in West Central Fresno on April 5th.
Investigators say Levi fired several shots from a moving car into the parking lot area. At least one of the bullets hit young, who died four days later.
Police say the victim would often help gas station employees by picking up trash and cleaning store windows for money. Police say Levi is armed and extremely dangerous.
