Los Angeles Police arrested Giovanni Ramirez Sunday. It happened after his parole agent noticed he bore a striking resemblance to the sketch that had been circulating.
Ramirez is accused in the March 31st attack of Brian Stow outside Dodger Stadium. Stow remains in critical condition and is in a medically induced coma.
The suspect was supposed to be arraigned Wednesday, but prosecutors delayed the hearing saying they needed more evidence before charging him.
His attorney claims Ramirez is innocent... and was with his daughter the day of the attack, not at Dodger Stadium.
