18-year-old Connor Clark died after he was ejected from his Jeep Wrangler.
Investigators say Clark was traveling west on Mineral King at Burke when his jeep was hit by a Toyota Prius.
Visalia Police say the teen was wearing a seat-belt. They're now launching an investigation to see if the seat belt buckle malfunctioned. Investigators also say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
The driver of the Prius was not injured.
