"Right now there's no indication that there was any type of foul play. Right now we believe it's a healthy 9-year-old who is probably in a little bit of a trouble with his family," said Anthony Martinez with the Fresno Police Department.
Officers say the nine-year-old was found around 3:30 Monday morning. The child's parents say the boy left his home Sunday morning but did not return. They reported him missing around 11 o'clock Sunday night. That's when officers started the search.
Officers say the boy was found at a friend's apartment, after a nearly three hour search by at least 30 patrol units.
