The California Highway Patrol says the man was driving westbound on Highway 180 Tuesday morning when he lost control of his cement truck and flipped over.
The /*C.H.P.*/ closed down Highway 180 between Chateau Fresno and Monroe Avenue so crews could clean up the mess, but re-opened the road about around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
The driver of the cement truck was taken to Community Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
