44-year-old David Lopez of Madera was found inside the Corral at Avenue 17 and Road 27 Wednesday night.
Deputies say he wasn't wearing any clothing and in full view of passing traffic and children playing in the neighborhood.
Investigators say Lopez showed obvious signs of being under the influence of alcohol. He was also wanted on two outstanding warrants -- one of them for drunk and disorderly conduct.
