For members of a health club in Charlotte, North Carolina, napping plays a big role in a new daily exercise routine, called air napping. Participants in the class take a relaxing 25-minute nap in a sheet-like cocoon that hangs from the ceiling. After the nap people can then return to their workout or daily lives feeling re-energized.
The air-napping class has become a big hit among many members at the health club. The class is included with the gym membership, but people can also buy day passes.
