The man hurt his back and tailbone when he fell off a rope swing just outside of the Riverside Golf Course.
Firefighters rushed the man to an ambulance after making the steep climb from the riverbed to the parking lot of the golf course.
Friends say they were jumping into the river, but the victim didn't have a good hold on the rope. He fell before he got to the water.
