Man trains to run a mile on the moon

Jonathon Prince is a long-distance runner who's training to be the first person to accomplish the goal. He's running between 100 to 120 miles per week. He'll also have to learn how to deal with the different conditions on the moon, at an aerospace research center in Pennsylvania.

The 31 year old plans on running to raise awareness in space travel, while inspiring students to excel in science. He'll get to the moon by flying onboard a rocket being developed by Space Exploration Technologies. His plan is to blast off by 2016.
