The Fresno County Coroner's Office says 42-year-old Felipe Atilano-Garcia passed away at Community Regional Medical Center at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
Atilano-Garcia was shot at his home on Martin Luther King Blvd. near California on Oct. 2nd.
He was taken to CRMC for his injuries.
The case is being investigated as a homicide but at this point a suspect hasn't been identified.
Anyone with information is being asked to call authorities.
