Sheriff's deputies found the victim trapped by a car inside the converted garage where he lives in Delhi.
Investigators say the man was eating lunch, when his brother, Gene Hinds, used a minivan to ram the parked car through the wall.
Rescue crews needed about thirty minutes to free the victim and take him to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Deputies arrested the forty-year-old suspect after finding him driving the damaged minivan.
They say the two brothers have had an on-going dispute.
