County officials handed out eviction notices reminding protesters their permit to peacefully assemble ended Nov. 1.
Early Thursday morning there were still dozens of protesters still camped out at Courthouse Park.
Officials say the protesters need to take their belongings and leave.
If they don't abide by the ordinance, protesters could face a 500 dollar fine or be arrested.
Protesters say they will continue to stay at Courthouse Park until they are physically moved out.
