Merced Police say the 31-year-old Pizza Hut delivery man was delivering three pizzas to a home at Cherokee Avenue near Columbia when he was robbed.
Seth Kalar says he noticed the home was vacant when five or six men wearing bandanas over their faces came from a yard area of the home.
Police say Kalar dropped the pizzas as he ran to his car to avoid being assaulted and escaped without getting hurt.
