The company tells Action News it plans to hire between 50 and 60 employees, with pay starting at ten dollars an hour.
Local officials are optimistic the In-N-Out Burger will attract drivers from the nearby Interstate Five and give the county a boost in tax revenue.
The restaurant is set to open sometime next year.
