/*Ervin Velasquez*/ has been booked on murder charges. Investigators say Valasquez and /*Limbo Srey*/ had been living together on and off. Police say Valasquez shot Srey at a home near Olive and Sierra Vista, and later, he dumped her body.
Srey was found dead Sunday in a dumpster in East Central Fresno near Harvey and Maple. Her children say the INS parolee had just received permission to obtain a permit -- so she could work again. She was supposed to receive the permit next month.
