Officers arrested 24-year-old Perla Vasquez after police say the car she was driving rear-ended a Jeep Wrangler last month, killing the driver.
An Action News camera spotted her asleep in the back of a patrol car after her arrest.
A search of court records revealed it was the fourth time Vasquez was accused of DUI.
She already has two DUI convictions, and was cited for a DUI just a few months before the deadly crash.
54-year-old Frank Winslow was killed when he was driving home from work last month.
