A judge held /*Tracy Hannah*/, 39, to be charged with 15 felony counts for lewd acts with child. Prosecutors say the Porterville mother began a relationship with her ex-boyfriend's son back in August of 2010.
During Friday's preliminary hearing, a Porterville police officer testified that Hannah also had a tattoo of the victim's name on the back of her neck. Tracy Hannah will be back in court next to be arraigned on the charges.
