Jarrad Beard, 18, and Jerry Beard, 15, are charged with the murders and they made their first court appearance this morning. We're revealing the 15-year-old's name because he's being tried as an adult.
The trouble started with a simple violation of court rules. Only lawyers are allowed to talk to inmates in court. But just as murder defendants Jarrad and Jerry Beard were about to leave, their family started talking.
A bailiff's warning to stop talking to the inmates didn't work, and the situation escalated.
Joseph Moore was wrestled to the floor by bailiffs. Brandon, his 16-year-old nephew, was shot and killed on Tuesday along with 18-year-old Justin Hesketh.
