The incident happened around 9 p.m. Thursday night near Valentine and Belmont.
Investigators say two men threw a rock through the back window of a truck.
The rock hit a ten year old child. The suspects then allegedly attempted to steal the truck.
When police arrived the suspects reportedly resisted arrest and were tazed. Both men were arrested, as well as another woman associated with the two suspects.
There is no word on the condition of the child.
