Researchers reviewed a lengthy list of corporations on customer satisfaction, pricing of products and services and brand impressions.
Also on the list were American Airlines, Bank Of America, Sears and Best Buy: who over the holidays, ran out of items customers ordered online and didn't send out notices until two days before Christmas.
Coming in tenth was Netflix, which received plenty of negative feedback from customers after raising rates.
