Officers arrested Hector Chacon on Olive and Maple in East Central Fresno. The 27-year-old was acting suspicious near the parked car when officers showed up to investigate.
Officers inspected the car and discovered that it had been reported stolen. Fresno Police say Chacon was also wanted for receiving stolen property and a previous auto theft.
Officers also found he had illegal drugs with him.
