Police say, he is armed and dangerous. He's identified as 35-year-old Jason James Reyes.
Police provided this picture, but say it may not accurately show Reyes, who is considerably lighter in weight now.
Reyes is accused of shooting 32-year-old Armando Ramirez in the Rite Aid parking lot on Eleventh Avenue and Lacey Boulevard on Monday.
The victim was walking with his eight-year-old daughter at the time. There is no word on a motive.
Anyone with information about Reyes' whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or -Hanford police.
