Rescued Fresno County horse gives birth at the CCSPCA

FRESNO, Calif.

Rosie, one of the horses brought over to the animal shelter after being rescued in December, delivered a baby boy on Friday night.

/*CCSPCA*/ Officials need your help in naming the boy.

Beginning Wednesday through May 9th they'll take recommendations for the colt's name.

Rosie was already expecting when she was brought to the animal shelter four months ago from a home at Shepherd and Temperance.

Contest Runs from April 25th - May 9

Winner will be announced on May 11 and will receive a Golden Horseshoe.

You can submit your ideas on the shelter's website www.ccspca.com, walking it in to the shelter, or mailing it in.
