Investigators say 25-year old /*Robert Koch*/, 25, and /*Tyler Mcever*/, 22, were passengers in a stolen car that crashed into a canal bank after a high speed chase with deputies in Dos Palos.
The driver, 26-year-old /*Thomas Turman*/, got away by swimming across the canal and carjacking another driver. Deputies finally caught up with him after yet another pursuit.
All three were booked for stealing cars.
