Police say 19-year-old Lajohn Richardson was hiding in the back seat of a car they stopped near Clinton and San Pablo Friday. Authorities say when they ordered Richardson out of the car, he started fighting with them and trying to reach for his waistband. The officers used a taser and finally got the teen into handcuffs.
Police say when they searched Richardson, they found a loaded handgun in his pants. He's now facing several charges, including assault on a peace officer.
