Police say a Hispanic male in his twenties or thirties got into a fight with three other people on Santa Clara and E Street around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
During the fight he left and came back with a gun. He then shot one person in the chest.
Police say the suspect is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and was wearing tan clothing.
