The blueberry harvest is underway in California right now. Bad weather has reduced the crops in other states, but the bad weather we experienced earlier this year did not significantly damage local crops.
California farmers expect to harvest more than 40-million pounds of blueberries this year. Agriculture experts say the abundant blueberry crop will keep prices low.
