The San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative hosted a conference that brought housing professionals from around the state to Downtown Fresno Tuesday.
The summit included discussions about the current challenges to affordable housing in the San Joaquin Valley.
The collaborative is a new non-profit that includes representatives from Fresno State, local banks, local home builders and several other businesses connected to the housing industry.
