Police: Parlier AMBER Alert kidnapping story a lie
A Parlier teen is safe this morning after an Amber Alert and search were called off. Police say the teen made up a kidnapping story because she was afraid she might not graduate from high school. Police say the teen could face charges of filing a false police report.
