More companies telling workers to turn off email

The survey found that 1 in 4 companies are enforcing the rule. It found that while worker productivity has gone up because of laptop and email use at home, many companies are realizing workers are also getting burnt out.

Although a labor department report shows just one in 10 people bring their work home. Labor advocacy groups say that figure only accounts for those who are clocking in hours for extra pay.
