Suspects sought in Clovis Papa John's robbery

FRESNO, Calif.

The pair hit the Papa John's Pizza Parlor at Ashlan and Fowler, shortly after 10:00 Monday night.

Clovis police said the men ran into the restaurant and demanded the employees open up the cash registers. They grabbed a handful of money before running out of the restaurant.

One of the men put his hand in a bag to fool the employees into thinking he had a gun.

A witness who followed the suspects as they drove away from the location said the men were driving a white, mid '90s Ford Taurus.

Thankfully, no one was hurt in the robbery.

If you have any information you're urged to call Clovis police.
