Fresno County Sheriff's Deputies booked Kalvin Cardenas, 23, into the jail on nine charges. The charges against Cardenas are all related to forcible sexual contact between Cardenas and the victim. And it's the special circumstances that could lead to a life sentences.
Cardenas is expected to make his first court appearance on Monday.
