It happened just before 1 a.m. Sunday morning in the parking lot behind the Partisan on 16th Street near K.
Officers say two groups were involved a fight when one man pulled out a gun and started shooting.
No one was injured. Investigators say the suspect put the gun inside a parked car and left the area.
Authorities later identified him as 28-year-old Isaiah Serena. They arrested him a few blocks from the scene.
Officers say they also found the gun used in the shooting.
