A fairy tale wedding is a dream for many. And the perfect dress is often hard to find and even harder to fit in on the big day.

Starting Wednesday, Action News will kick off our Wedding Workout series and follow a local bride as she spends four weeks getting fit with AM LIVE's Rhonda Murphy.

Cassie Schmall spends her days working as an aesthetician, helping others feel and look their best.

"Cassie is super sweet, she's energetic," Leeann Earl said. "She's a go getter. I admire her ability to build her own business here in our community."

But it's her personality that touches so many. This May, Cassie and her fianc? Cory will tie the knot in an intimate backyard ceremony officiated by Cory's father.

"I'll be Mrs. Cherry. I'm excited to have that last name," Cassie said. "I like the last name."

Cassie and Cory's friendship quickly blossomed to love and last February with family watching? Cory popped the question.

"When she turned around I was on one knee with the ring and all of her family was behind me, she couldn't say no at that point you know," Cory said. "The whole family's there so."

With the wedding just two months away Cassie and Cory are in the final stages of wedding planning and while Cassie spends so much time helping others look their best, she rarely has time for herself and so Cassie is taking on a new challenge: the a-M LIVE Wedding workout.

The bride-to-be added, "I just thought that it would give me that accountability and I would be able to learn a lot because I don't know all the things at the gym and all the things about your diet you need to do."

Cassie says she can't wait to get started.

"It's a lifestyle change, because of what I do everyday, and for our lives together and our family in the future," Cassie explained. "This is going to be the perfect jumpstart for me."
